Responsible for managing all supply chain and delivery service related back office tasks.As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:Ensuring orders are available for fulfilment by our warehouses: Stock location alterations; Order splitting; order manipulationTriggering refund and order cancellationsProactive customer communication to update on order delaysMonitoring dedicated internal mailbox to resolve queries from our warehouse, delivery partners and coffee specialists Proactive management of delivery service exception reportsIdentifying process improvements The successful candidate will bring with them solid experience in customer service back-office environments.They will have a solid knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and Office 365, and good experience in usingCRM or order management systems.
