The pupils yousupport may have severe learning difficulties (SLD), multiple learning difficulties (MLD), profoundand multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and additional needs. Types of SEN you may come acrossare Asperger's, autism, Down Syndrome, hearing impairment, multi-sensory impairment, physicaldisability, speech and language impairment and visual impairment. Some of the pupils may haveadditional needs, including toileting, feeding and administering medication. You may be workingwith children of various ages, between 2 and 19.
