The cater for a wide range of ages and complex needs. OB PURPOSE To deliver nationally accredited Mathematics courses to KS2, KS3 and KS4 students. To liaise with the Headteacher, other teachers, and mainstream providers and appropriate exam boards. To support our School for NQT and QTS teachers. To support the Headteacher to establish, develop, monitor and evaluate the curriculum i.e. long, medium and short-term plans according to generic planning documentation. To liaise with other providers / teachers - e.g. mainstream schools, special schools to ensure that continuity and progression is taking place within the Therapeutic School in line with local provision. To deliver the subject and contribute to the monitoring of the curriculum through self-evaluation, peer observations, analysis of entry profiles / outcomes results etc. The Teacher will have the ability to: Establish and maintain good professional relationships with children, parents/carers and colleagues Set high expectations of all children and be committed to raising educational achievement Adopt a flexible approach to working Understand the value of education and teaching Maintain confidentiality

      Randstad are currently in partnership with an East London SEN School to recruit for an experienced TA / Support worker to work with one of the schools external students with some home care in the Streatham area.You will be working with a KS4 student with individual SEMH needs for 2 hours per day Monday to Friday at pre arranged times in core school hours between Monday to Friday.This role would suit a student or support worker / Teaching Assistant that has availability to work a few hours per day in between the hours of 9am -3pm each day, that has had previous experience of working with children and young adults with mental or physical disabilities.
