        Are you looking for a new role as Sales Director? Do you want to work for a family-owned company that has been designing, building and selling professional products and robotic assisted solutions for exercise and therapy? If so, this could be the role for you! This is a permanent, full time role. Due to the nature of the role, there will be travel involved across the UK, but at least once a week in Milton Keynes. You will be provided with a company van, mobile phone and laptop. The successful candidate will ideally have professional experience in the healthcare industry, medical devices, particularly neurology, rehabilitation or physiotherapy. Responsibilities: Define and implement sales strategy including actions to continuously generate new leadsSupport in creating revenue plans, forecasts and pricing Continuously optimize marketing strategy, channels and approachCreate UK market overview including extending knowledge on customer segments and competitive situationBuild a strategic and strong relationship with new and existing end customers, key opinion leaders as well as dealersDemonstrate our full product line skillfullySystematically close deals along the sales process, particularly for larger projects and key customers Promote our brand at relevant events and conferencesSupport customers Manage and lead 2 area sales managersCoordinate with office manager, esp. regarding sales support and marketing Optimize processes, interfaces and structures for the UK subsidiary overarchinglyAct as the main responsible in the UK ensuring seamless collaboration within the UK team as well as with Germany Qualifications/ Experience: Successful, proven track record in sales or business developmentBS/MS degree in sales, business administration or a related fieldExcellent sales and marketing knowledgeBasic MS Office knowledge and with CRM systemsUK driving licenseMotivated sales person at heart Hands-on, independent working style and are used to taking initiativeGood networker with customers incl. hospital managementGoal oriented, systematically finding ways to grow revenue and contribution marginCreative in finding new customers/leads and are used to taking calculated risks to get thereYou have a good hand for leading a small team Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
