    Mechanical Maintenance Engineer | City of London | £36,000 | FM Service Provider | Commercial Office Space One of UK's leading Service Providers is currently looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on one of their contracts looking after commercial office space. The role will be working mon-fri days (9am-6pm) with lots of overtime and cover available if required.Job Specification:Experience of Planned & Reactive Works across various mechanical & electrical plant such as:AHU's, FCU's, Plumbing, Pumps, Lighting, Installation Works, Electrical Systems, UPS, Power Distribution, Fault Finding, AC Units, alongside good general building services trade skills.To have Decontamination/Sterile exp. Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regard to maintenance activitiesExperience issuing permits to workSupervision of Sub-contractors The package is:Salary £36,000mon-fri days (9am-6pm)Call-out 1 in 12weeks (£100 Stanby), paid time 1/2 if called out.
