        Temp to Perm opportunity.Lead Shift Engineer required by leading building services contractor Working on a new, flagship contract, based in the CIty of London you will be based at their new clients corporate headquarters near Liverpool Street.This is a hands on maintenance position, that also requires excellent IT skills as you will be responsible for the daily completion and handover of shift reports to the client at the start and end of each day.This is a business critical role, so the ideal candidate must have a good working knowledge of CAFM systems, plus Excel and Word.Working on a two man shift team, you will be operational most of the day completing PPM and reactive repairs to M+E plant and have constant interaction with the tenants within the building.Organising and assigning jobs to other engineers within the shift and for out of hours work, whilst also assist in managing and mentoring junior members of staffThis is a faced paced, extremely corporate environment, that requires the individual to be dynamic, highly professional and well presented. The shift rota is 4 on 4 off 12 hour days only, There is a 1 in 4 call out (mainly holding the phone as actual call out will be extremely rare) Electrical bias prefered but consideration will be given to mechanical bais engineers with good electrical knowledge.
