Ideally, candidates will be able to demonstrate experience with at least some of the following: Experience in a role that revolves around business processes and functions Experience of manual testing and writing/running tests Knowledge of automation testing and experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or other testing tools Any exposure to (or experience of) writing test scripts is beneficial, but not essential Knowledge of DevOps tools Experience with Jenkins (CI/CD) You'll also need to be an excellent communicator, collaborator, and problem solver, and dedicated to learning your new skill set.
