Then please read below:We are looking for an Implementation engineer on a full time basis in Worcester to start in December. The right candidate will need at least 3 years experience in Project Engineering and at least 2 years in food sector manufacturing environment.PURPOSE OF ROLE: Delivery of a portfolio of Capital Projects from initial concept through to completion and handoverTo provide leadership of business-critical projects, management of project plans and multi-disciplinary project teams to time and budget. Ability and track record of leading and delivering wide range of Capital Projects from feasibility study through to execution and successful handover Excellent organisational and influencing skills. Highly competent oral and written communicator and Computer literate. Sound knowledge of relevant manufacturing and engineering in order to manage project teams involved in the implementation of new processes, to ensure that they meet both Company and legislative requirements. Ability to identify engineering solutions which meet the Company's need to maintain or increase competitive advantage, support long term manufacturing strategy, improve profitability, and provide opportunities for future strategic business decision making. Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Engineering within an FMCG manufacturing environment Overall knowledge and understanding of their engineering discipline including installation and maintenance methodologies Experience of planning and implementing improvement initiatives and supporting delivery of projects Ability to resolve problems and implement solutions Attention to detail and insistence on the highest standards of installation and workmanship Ability to work under pressure to meet set deadlines and the ability to plan, co-ordinate and prioritise workloads Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards such as HASAW, CDM2015, Control of Asbestos regulations 2012, EHEDG standards

      My client, a recognised name within the food industry is now seeking a maintenance manager to oversee duties within the Worcester site. The vacancy will consist of a number of different responsibilities and will present a number of challenges week by week. The ideal candidate will need to be experienced, forward thinking & manage under pressure. (Current structure on site is 10 multi skilled engineers who will all report directly into the maintenance manager.) The maintenance manager will be required to work a Days, panama shift consisting of 12 hour days To be considered for the role it will be highly advantageous if you have worked within the food industry or similar in past work placements although all industries will be considered.
