      Role: Strategy & Workplace Planning Analyst Industry: Investment Management Rate: £700-£1000 per day (inside IR35) Duration: 6 months Location: London/Hybrid The Role:Our client, a FTSE 100 Asset Manager, requires an interim Analyst to support the Workplace Solutions Strategy & Planning team in developing solutions around location, property and lease business cases and plans to deliver the property requirements of the organisation. The Strategy & Planning Analyst will undertake business requirements capture, financial and non-financial modelling and data analysis and support the team in the assessment of business data and development of information to inform and execute strategic decisions on future headcount changes, strategy and ways of working. Responsibilities:Collection, analysis and documentation of business requirements across varied business teams and locationsLiaison with individuals from relevant teams within the business and Workplace Solutions to gather and interpret data to support the development of options and projects to meet property requirements.Input the gathered requirements and data into appropriate financial and non-financial models for analysis and development of recommendations.Support the formulation of recommendations based on data analysis.
