        I am working with a business within Cardiff City Centre who are seeking a coordinator/ administrator to join their team. This company is within the energy industry, who service over 4,000 sites across the UK. Your role will be to ensure the commercial property portfolio is continuously updated to reflect accurate on boarding/off boarding of new tenants, ensure suppliers have the correct details and are reflected on the internal database, represent the team within supplier relationships, provide quotes and manage client responses. You will be great with volumes of data whilst having a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure. Preferably you would come from a financial services or energy company as you will be working under different regulations. You will be someone who is a great team player, going above and beyond to help your colleagues and thrive in a fast paced environment.
