This includes the implementation of BCBS239 and other strategic goals in improving Data Governance and regulatory adherence across the organisation.As an internal consultant across other BNP Paribas Personal Finance analytical groups & business areas you will provide advice & support on data control, data integrity and data management so to increase and maintain the consistency and quality of BNP Paribas Personal Finance data and reporting. The Data Governance team is currently tightly focussed on BCBS239 implementation and supporting Data Protection within the business, but the scope of the role will be varied and will evolve in time with the strategy and new initiatives. Working closely with key stakeholders around the business and other internal departments you will support the wider team to support future implementations and work within the framework while providing essential advice and support across the business to ensure governance and controls of the data within the organisation.Could this be you?We believe it's a positive attitude and passion to make things happen that matters most. Here's what else we're looking for:- Expertise on Data Regulations affecting Financial Services Organisations - Knowledge of related Risk and financial regulations and an ability to appreciate them. - Track record within a role using both Risk and Financial Datatypes - Ability to decode technical solutions including the reading and understanding of scripts or programs. - In depth understanding of Data Protection and GDPR - Experience of Data Controls including Data Quality Controls, manual Processing or End User Computation controls, reconciliations, best-practice methods for avoiding divergence and remedying divergence - Numerate degree (or equivalent) or equivalent commercial experience Our cultureWe understand that next step in your career journey is an important one.
