        Are you an experienced Payroll Manager or a Senior Payroll Administrator looking to take a step up? Consider yourself a Sage expert? Wanting to work for a growing organisation as part of a supportive and friendly team? If so, keep reading! The role25 days + BH40 hours week 8:00AM or 8:30 AM£30,000 - £35,000 salary depending on experience Responsibilities You will maintain and review the monthly end-to-end payroll processing and will ensure the timely and accurate input of all payroll information. You will ensure that compliance is second to none and will strive to achieve zero error run rate on monthly payroll submissionsYou will have line management responsibilities for a Payroll Administrator and report in to the FD. You will take the lead on any payroll projects and will review opportunities to make improvementsManage and process end to end payroll (Weekly, 2 x Calendar Monthly, 2 x Tax Monthly)Ensuring all payrolls are processed in a timely mannerEnsuring Payroll data is recorded & software is maintained to legislative requirementsBe the first point of contact for all payroll queries, HMRC enquiries, general tax queries and pension queries.Prepare & process Tax Year End, P60s and P45s where appropriate.Supply all Month and Year End data required to the AccountantsReconciling HMRC & Pensions liabilities & making paymentsPay structure & salary analysis, monitoring salary rates About you?Have experience in a Payroll Manager role / experience as a Senior Payroll Administrator looking to step upProven experience of running both weekly and monthly payrollsHave ran a medium sized payroll previously for between 250-500 desirable MUST have experience on SAGE Competent on excel - Pivot tablets & formulas etcGood verbal and written skills Ability work in a fast paced working environmentGood team player Apply today!
