If so then this could be a great opportunity for you.We are looking for a Practitioner to work within a substance misuse team in Stockport. The successful candidate would offer support, information and advice to substance misusers referred to the service. They would provide initial assessments, recovery focused interventions and develop care plans for individuals on their caseload. Medicine and prescription management experience is desired but not essential.The working pattern is Monday - Friday, usually office hours.
