        Are you a Nurse with experience in Adult Mental Health and Liaison work? Are you looking for ad hoc shifts to fit in around your other commitments? If so then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!We are looking for Mental Health Practitioners to work in the Mental Health A and E Liaison Team, based at Wigan. The successful candidate would receive referrals from wards in the hospital and from the A and E department and would carry out assessments. We are looking for a Mental Health practitioner to work in an Assessment service based in Bolton. The successful candidate would have excellent communication skills and be confident conducting risk assessments and signposting to other services. They would conduct both face to face and telephone assessments for individuals referred to the service by GPs and other health professionals, and would advise and signpost accordingly. They would also monitor patients on the 136 suite in the service. The shift pattern is either earlies (9:00-17:00) or lates (13:00-21:00) over a 7 day rota but fewer hours may be considered.
