The key responsibilities for this role are: Ensure all employee changes are updated in relevant HR System (Workday and In House tool) and documentation sentManage maternity/paternity/family leave processingProvide accurate information to payrollEnsure that HR Information systems are kept up to date with accurate informationDeal with employee and manager queries in the group inbox within defined timescalesProvide administrative support for HR Projects such as TUPEResponsible for administration of additional checks for employees in regulated roles Deal with basic policy queriesProvide references for former employeesKeep HR Support processes documents up to date My client is a highly acquisitive organisation so you will need experience in a high volume HR team and ideally have navigated a broad range of terms and conditions in a fast-paced environment. We would love it if you have experience of Workday HCM but we manage our employees across a number of systems so we need you to be comfortable navigating your way around and using your initiative to solve problems. Fluent German and/or French would be a very welcome addition to our team but this is not essential.
