      Job DescriptionJob Title: Compliance Auditor Reports to: Operations Manager - AuditBased HomeJob purpose:To plan and carry out compliance audits covering legislative, contractual, and industry best practice requirements. The audits are currently being completed remotely however if required will be carried out on the client premises. To collate results of such audits and produce a final report and ensure suppliers compliance in accordance with strict guidelines which are outlined in each individual client contract. Key responsibilities:To communicate, clarify and comply with specific audit requirementsTo plan the audits and carry out assigned responsibilities effectively and efficientlyTo document all observations and to compile a report of the audit results.To verify the effectiveness of all corrective actions takenTo retain and safeguard all documents pertaining to the audit which should be treated confidentially and retained in accordance with the GDPR Guidelines.To monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.To attend meetings (currently via Microsoft Teams) with clients and management to feedback on audit results.To offer support and make recommendations to our clients' suppliers on improving processes and procedures relating to compliance.Whilst communicating with the suppliers identify opportunities and discuss our other services which would be of benefit to them.To report to the Operations Manager - Audit on a weekly basis on all activities for that week and key targets/activities for the following period.To escalate any issues or areas of concern to the Operations Manager - audit immediately.To carry out any other duties as required ensuring effective and efficient running of the audit function.To ensure a full a comprehensive handover of current activity and actions to a nominated deputy at times of holiday etc.To offer support and sharing of knowledge and best practice with colleagues.To representative the Company in a professional and confidential manner.To always maintain an understanding of relevant legislation. Essential Skills:Communication Planning and OrganisationPersuading and InfluencingReport writingMethodical with a real eye for detail Proficient in Word, Office Outlook, Excel and PowerPointDesirable knowledge:Knowledge of the recruitment process of temporary workers in clinical and non-clinical sector.Understanding of current legislation in relation to temporary workers, in particular NHS Employers StandardsFamiliarity with the DBS process Familiarity with the Employment Agencies Act 2010Healthcare recruitment experience.
