We are currently recruiting for support staff to work in telecommunications for IT-based industries. IT savvy individuals and those with administrative experience and office skills are encouraged to apply.
Candidates often become members of support staff, who deal with inbound queries related to IT systems. This could be on behalf of software companies who have customers requiring troubleshooting or within major services with computer-related issues, such as Internet access queries. They will both require excellent telephone handling skills and high technical competency.
