This is a truly exciting, €400 million project that will contribute to the manufacturing of life changing treatment, offering an abundance of opportunities to work with and learn about cutting-edge technologies.As the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will work with the ICT Lead, taking responsibility for the ICT systems and related reporting.IT Infrastructure Specialist Responsibilities: Ensure timely technical delivery of ICT systems as endorsed by leadership team to meet business ;Take responsibility for regular communication to project leadership and multi-functional team stakeholders.Support development of the ICT project execution plan, scope of work for the contract firms or specialists, and provide technical guidance during the execution of their work.Troubleshoot IT infrastructure, systems, and applications issues to support operational start-up activities.Liaise with local and global partners and vendors to ensure systems are ready for use on time.Comply with Global Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, regulatory requirements and execute current Good manufacturing Practices (cGMP) in the performance of day to day activities and all applicable job functions.IT Infrastructure Specialist Requirements:Essential:BSc in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or the Life Sciences.5 years’ experience providing ICT information systems solutions.Project delivery and operations support experiences of ICT systems.Working knowledge of some or all the following ICT systems and infrastructure: Cisco network switching and routing, copper & fibre optic cabling, Palo Alto firewalls, HP servers, VMware ESX, ThinManager, thin clients, label printers and audio-visual systems.Understanding of physical and logical network and infrastructure fundamentals and IT security concepts.Ability to anticipate, evaluate and resolve multiple, simultaneous project issues, delays, and problems in a fast-paced environment.Working knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations (cGMP/cGLP, OSHA, EPA/EQB).
