        Randstad's Business Support division, are working with a leading medical and healthcare organisation based in Central London, who have an urgent requirement for an experienced Data Systems Project Manager.** This is a temporary job to start ASAP, working 37.5 hours a week, initially for up to 6 months. Hourly pay rate £17-22 per hour.The main purpose of the Compucare Data Systems Project Manager role; is to implement system upgrades, be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of the system's upgrade, PC lead representing at the ICT Project Board and PC lead liaising with the system's supplier. Also manage the Data Systems Administrator.Other duties and responsibilities will include: * Develop project initiation documents, charts and other planning tools to ensure the right project structure is in place* Lead on any data cleansing activity needed* Create and develop training tools and will facilitate training sessions on the new version of Compucare systems ensuring that all PC users have attending the sessions* Responsibility for the day to day management of the directorate's data information systems including the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) patient information systems* Responsible for the validation of service data from other databases. * Investigate and assist in the resolution of problems with the information collection process. * Maintain accurate manual and electronic data collection systems* Analysis and interpretation of highly complex programme information or user requirements to enable the development and comparison of a range of options including their implications for overall service delivery.* Preparing and submitting monthly patient data and information * Respect the confidentiality of patient data and not to disclose data Undertake other appropriate duties as directed by the Head of Business and Finance Skills and experience required for the Data Systems Project Manager role:* Proven experience of working in a similar Data Systems Project Manager role* Proficient experience in change management and project management* Experience of working with Compucare Systems * Understanding of Information Governance, data privacy and security* Experience of using data analytics* Managing and developing a teamRandstad Business Support acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
