    Randstad have exclusively partnered with an exciting Global HR Technology business who are currently scaling the business and looking for a VP of Engineering to come on board and join a newly formed leadership team.The client is a global software solutions provider to the HR & Staffing industry who provide 10,000's of businesses with cloud based platforms to power their processes from start to finish.You will be working alongside the new CTO in designing the technical strategy and architecture as well as being very delivery focused. Furthermore they are looking to expand heavily in the next 6/12 months and you will be instrumental in building out the team.Key Skills & ExperienceExperience building and testing high scale, enterprise software products, driving quality in both functional and non-functional testing arenas inclusive of load, scalability, security, and performance testingExperience delivering Salesforce applications (including customer driven enhancements) as well as commercial SaaS software products delivered via data centers or AWS/Azure cloud environmentsWorking regularly with business, product and engineering leadership to develop the technical and product strategyLeading and coaching the Product Engineering teams that work on the portfolio of productsThe role can be done remotely from Europe, however there will be some expectation to travel to their offices in London, Brighton or Rotterdam.The role is paying up to £160k per annum, plus annual bonus and equity.
