Key Responsibilities include:Be the face off and liaison to the contract's chosen OEM(s) and VAR(s).Responsible for the overall management of the OEM(s) roadmap, focusing on sourcing and optimisation.Ensuring suitable, cost effective, high quality replacement models are identified and rotated into the catalogue.Identifying improvements, innovation and cost avoidance opportunities. Liaise with various stakeholders to gather feedback on current computer models to remediate any issues and ensure replacement models meet business requirements.Responsible for the Self Service ordering portal, ensuring 100% accuracy and availability, from initial ordering through to final delivery. Accountability for Inventory Management, ensuring balanced stock levels at a Global, Regional and Local level. Oversee Order Forecasting volumes & processes, liaising with the VAR(s) to ensure a smooth and timely supply chain process.Oversee the Home Delivery service, ensuring a high quality and timely delivery experience. Skills and Experience include:Educated to degree level, preferably in relevant subject or discipline.
