Our client is looking for an experienced counterbalance forklift driver or double handlers Forklift to start as soon as possible. The role of the Quality administrator is to support the consumer complaints and management investigations.Key responsibilities:Customer and supplier complaint managementProviding administrative support to manager consumer and supplier complaintsInvestigating and problem solving to ensure consumers are protected and product integrity and branding is maintainedFollow all standard operating proceduresUnderstanding and following company policiesPro-actively controlling potential problemsRequirements:Previous experience in quality systems or handling consumer complaintsPrevious admin experience GCSE Maths and EnglishComputer literatePay rate: £11.79 to 12.83 per hour This position is a Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00Successful candidates will be given a comprehensive induction and full training.
