Responsibilities:- Guarantee a safe working environment- Ensure all production processes conform to current quality standards- Manufacture parts in time to satisfy customer demand- Strive to improve production processes- Part of team to root cause analysis of non-conforming production and implement corrective actions- Quality check of parts produced- Record hourly performance and Key characteristics of parts produced- Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant and adhere to all- Health and Safety environmental requirementsPersonal Attributes:- Results driven with good written and oral communication skills- Able to work in a faced paced team environment- Effective communication skills (written and verbal)- Self-motivated, able to initiate and follow tasks through to completionExperience:-Proven Production experience- Experience of problem solving- Use of 5S to improve production environment- Good working knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, Word etc.)- Understanding of KPI's to track performance- Proven experience of technical ability (Die cast machine/mouldingmachines/machine Op/setter etc) If this role suits your current skill set and experience please apply using the link on the advert or via Randstad website and click on cosma
