The Quality department at Perkins Stafford have an opportunity for a hot test quality gate inspector.The role will involve engine inspection and sign off, raising the event and reporting fault via the right first time, return to vendor system and return to shop systems.Benefits:33 days annual leaveFree Onsite parkingOnsite CanteenPay Rate and hours:£12.37 PER HOURHours of work - 08:00 - 16:30 Monday-Thursday 08:00-13:00 FridayResponsibilities:Support Long block/ Assembly/ Hot Test Quality gate inspection, including Black Light leak detection, Pinpoint by-passes.Provide accurate and robust feedback to the Assembly, Test and Finish quality gates.Engine sign off and first response to any quality issues raisedAbility to work remotely and independentlyConfidence in leading by example in approaches to resolve quality issues and following the quality-related processDesire for personal and team successA collaborative approach and strong customer focus will be key to ensure the continued success of the working relationship between our team and our customer.Motivated to challenge data with a genuine interest for root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
