The role will suit experienced assistant shift team leaders from any manufacturing background. Exposure to the waste management sector will be highly desirable!! The successful candidates will have Process or Power Plant experience and experience with maintenance management systems. The role: Supervising the shift teams ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the plant, prioritising workloads to ensure maximum process efficiency Organise shift cover when required, ensuring shift complement is maintained. Flexible working requirements to achieve KPI's. Manage the ERF Safe System of Work as an Authorised Person (AP).
