Reporting to the Deployment & Delivery TL and cross functional to the ASM, CC and Planning team to understand customer forecast requirements. 1. Key contact for ASM, CC, Complaints, Sales, External Partners etc.2. Manage day to day activities to ensure customer commitments are delivered3. Assign working zones to field resources to meet short term customer demand.4. Execute routing and adjust baseline settings to achieve maximum utilisation of field resources.5. Monitor short term capacity & quota changes and adjust to ensure response is achieved.HOURS OF WORKMonday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00QUALIFICATIONSPERSON SPECIFICATION:A customer orientated, professional, reliable, flexible, dedicated, determined, highly self motivated and committed person. Must have good communication and organisational skills and be able to demonstrate experience of coping with varying workloads, pressures and deadlines. IT literate with experience using, SAP, Excel, Power Point and Word.
