Right now, have an exciting opportunity for a Landscape Maintenance Operative to join our team of essential workers and help us to make a positive difference to the environment we all live in. The role will see you take responsibility to carry out a range of landscape tasks including: grass-cutting, shrub-pruning, hedge-cutting, planting, weed control, minor sports maintenance tasks, drive a vehicle and use a range of equipment to deliver the horticultural standards that meet the requirements of the Contract Specification. What will i need to do the role During this role you will be using chemicals to treat our landscapes so having your NPTC PA1 & PA6 is essential. You will have able to use a ride-on mower, tow a trailer, stimmer, blower, mechanical hedge-cutter and a range of hand tools and carry out minor maintenance, therefor you will need your CS30 and CS31. As you will at times be driving a vehicle, you must have a clean Driving Licence, show a keen interest in horticulture and it’s desirable that you have prior experience of grounds or a similar environment.
