You will be responsible for: As part of the Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for processing customer orders on time and accurately, adhering to operational processes and managing service and costs for Key Customer Accounts versus the Key Business Indicators (KBIs).Key responsibilities:Builld and maintain relationships with portfolio of customersProcess orders for each accountCommunicate between customers and hauliersTo drive all KBIs through robust actions plans and daily disciplinesUnderstand and deliver operational processesThis is a fast paced role ideally suited for a candidate with experience of managing busy accounts or experience in client relations. You will need to be able to handle working on several different systems, whilst managing inboxes and using your initiative when facing problems.
