      We are looking for a Senior Business Development executive to join the leading provider of parts, washer, surface treatment and chemical application services. Reporting to the Telemarketing Manager, the successful candidate will market our client's products to current and potential new customers, to create additional pipeline opportunities and maintain the company's growth strategy. Primary ResponsibilitiesSourcing business and identifying new business opportunities through the utilisation of a number of different campaigns.Cold calls to prospective customers to make them aware of our service and company product line.Cold calling business, handling rejections and keeping a positive attitude.Contact target customer/potential customer by phone and building relationships Booking appointments for all direct sales and if appropriate, organising customer machine demonstrations.Proving excel customer service by ensuring internal knowledge of SK products and associated solutions that we offer.Track all activity and reporting through CRM Achieve agreed monthly performance KPI`s Develop and manage your customer pipeline Updating customer contact details to ensure full data compliance Arranging next actions, follow-up calls & CRM compliance Any other duties reasonably requested and which are within the purpose of the role Person SpecificationExcellent verbal communicationTelephone SalesAbility to assimilate basic product knowledgePersuasivenessEnergy, Persistence and tenacityClosing SkillsCustomer Focus / Customer Centric rolesIT including use of Computer Systems and Data EntryAbility to handle rejection and stress, avoid frustration and remain calm Competencies Intermediate Excel skills and strong general computer literacy skills including MS Office applications or similarExperience within CRM systemsExcellent oral and written communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAble to work on own initiative and organisedDiligent and must be able to work under pressure whilst managing multiple tasksThe ability to liaise with colleagues and build rapportTo be a team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative Experience and Qualifications Previous telephone sales experience, minimum 3 years within a cold calling environmentAbility to establish and sell to the customers needsRandstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
