Please note the 1st 2 weeks requires training Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00The roleAs a Recontract advisor your role is to thrive in a Sales environment by protecting, maintaining and increasing the customer base through Retention/Resign/Sales activity.You will do this by putting the customer at the heart of your thinking ensuring each customer obtains the best possible value from all their interactions with you.Working collectively as part of a diverse team you'll be expected to deliver the most unique customer experience by using our values of bold, open and trusted.Your role is to positively contribute towards a high performing, motivated and engaged Sales and Retention team to retain and grow our customers connectivity and create Brand loyalty wherever possible.You will ensure that all customer queries, from basic to complex, are resolved effectively in a fully compliant manner.SkillsWork to deliver Operational targets in relation to Customer Experience, Productivity and SalesExcellent communication skills.Knowledge and Passion for improving customer experiences.The ability to build strong trusted relationships.Knowledge of Sales and key commercial deliverables.The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good numerical skillsThese really are interesting and varied roles, with full supportive training given from day one, so you hit the ground running.
