    Responsibilities:You need to get involved in all aspects and be particularly resilient in terms of coping with all types of pressure. As a service company we have to deliver customer service schedules on time, alongside maintaining our existing business with excellent retention skills, and then help to grow the Branch BOB by managing and driving sales through the branch Sales and service engineers.A Branch Sales and Operations manager will need to have first class people management and leadership skills. he/ she will have various people under his / her leadership ranging from warehouse person through to our Service engineers, sales and Service engineers and compliance.With an area branch sales and operations manager you will be responsible for two sites so building a team and structure within each site is critical. The ability to listen and learn from people within the same roles in the company is essential, then be able to take what you need and stamp your own character within the branches under your control.Competencies:Good organisation and planning skills are essential with the ability to cope with last minute changes to already laid out plans.You will need to be able to navigate a CRM system and review , track and produce reports for senior managementThis is a target driven environment and you will be required to build a team around you that can deliver and sustain results on a regular basis, be able to create an environment where your team is motivated and willing to go that extra step.Randstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
