    We have a fantastic new opportunity for an Data Admin team Leader to join our team based out of our offices Hinckley.The Data Administration Team is a vital part of the Shared Service Centre with responsibility for vetting and updating all supplier, subcontractor and customer data into our ERP system (Oracle).The purpose of the role is to manage a team of 4 and to oversee compliance with the above and continuously improving the quality of standing data within the system. This will involve ensuring our internal control standards are met, following business processes and safeguarding against potential fraud.The position will also have an important role to play in our ERP migration to Oracle Fusion. RoleTo manage the workload of 4 team members ensuring timely compliance set out in our service level agreement with the various business unitsWork closely with the SSC Financial Accounting Manager on data cleansing projects prior to going live with Oracle FusionLiaise with the procurement team to ensure our Group Preferred Suppliers are set up correctly in Oracle (including payment terms)Challenge and improve the supplier and subcontractor on-boarding process to ensure Oracle and Builders Profile are aligned.Assist with various SSC projects, including Prompt Payment Code compliance, assessment of contingent worker status and supplier categorisation.Manage the procurement card process with Barclaycard and various Business units ensuring on-time information is fed into the procurement card module.Experience and Qualifications:Previous Data Administration experience, preferably as a team leaderKnowledge of SSC processes (AP/SC/GL etc)Knowledge of Oracle/Fusion an advantageCompetent Microsoft Office user (Word; PowerPoint; Outlook)Advanced Excel userGood understanding of potentially fraudulent activitiesProven leadership qualitiesAbility to work in an environment of change and to communicate/collaborate at all levels.Customer focussed and an appreciation of the concept of Shared Service CentreAbility to quickly understand processes and commitment to continuous process improvement.A team player able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with colleaguesWell organised with good time management skills, able to deliver to deadlinesRandstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
