    Are you passionate about helping and guiding pupils and adding support to pupil's lives whilst being booked on a week to week basis this opportunity may be the place for you.This organisation is based in Hook, Surrey and cater for pupils between 8-19, with severe learning difficulties and autism associated with complex restrictive behaviours. Experience is not essential as there is immediate work available on a ongoing night shift basis. Training is provided. You will be supportive of their independence with evening tasks which would involve gentle activities and personal care. Examples of this would be indoor movie screenings or reading a passage from a fun book. Main duties & Responsibilities:Make certain the protection of pupils throughout the night and adapting to the organisations policies, procedures and the pupils requirements.Key duties would be carrying out consistent checks throughout the night, monitor, record and pass on communication to the 'On Call' Night LeaderIf applicable during your bookings attend relevant skills course and other recommended training programsProgress and continue to develop positive and professional relationships with the children, parents, colleague's and third party professionalsFlexible working hours to construct scheduled activities making sure they take place with the relevant communication between staff and the children. Dedicated support with domestic duties Hours:This is an exciting opportunity to get regular bookings on a ongoing 2, 3 or 4 nights basis between 9.00pm - 8.00am, which includes a 1 hr unpaid break.
