The Opportunity
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll be a crucial part of our team, providing essential support to our sales and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with excellent organizational skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You'll play a key role in managing various aspects of the sales process, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and directly contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the sales process, from initial inquiry to order fulfillment.
- Handle incoming inquiries and ensure prompt and professional responses.
- Generate quotations and ensure they meet customer needs.
- Maintain and update the Sales Pipedrive database to ensure accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Manage live quotations and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
- Produce detailed sales reports for internal evaluation and strategy planning.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure efficient order processing and delivery timelines.
- Assist in the processing of customer orders, from receipt to completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and maintaining strong relationships.
What We're Looking For
- A recent graduate or professional with experience/interest in sales and marketing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in managing databases, with knowledge of systems like Pipedrive being a plus.
