Responsibilities- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop opportunities in target accounts.
- Engage prospective customers, identifying challenges and presenting solutions.
- Utilize various tools (email, phone, web conferencing, etc.) to engage prospects.
- Learn about the company's technology and how it addresses enterprise challenges.
- Create positive customer experiences through professional communication and knowledge.
- Meet and exceed KPIs for meetings held and qualified sales opportunities generated.
- 6+ months professional experience and a B.A./B.S. degree.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and positive attitude.
- Excellent phone and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Willingness to learn new technologies (SQL, CIS, CS experience a plus).
- Attention to detail and proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Proficiency with standard corporate productivity tools (Google Docs, MS Office, etc.).
- Team player with high integrity.
