Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) - DACH Market

About the Role
We are seeking a Native German-speaking SDR to build out and scale our DACH region. You will partner directly with our dedicated DACH Account Executive-who was recently promoted from this very SDR role!
Globally, our client list includes major organizations like the Premier League, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo. In the high-potential DACH region, we've already secured powerhouses like Rolex, Swatch, Edeka, and Roche.
What You'll Do
- Drive Outbound Pipeline: Book qualified meetings with key decision-makers across target DACH accounts using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Work with Cutting-Edge AI: You'll be backed by an advanced automated AI system (powered by Claude) handling account research, messaging draft creation, persona selection, and account mapping on your behalf so you can focus on high-impact interactions.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with your DACH Account Executive to strategize and grow regional revenue.
- Activity & Engagement: Engage with around 20 new prospects per day and maintain a strong calling cadence (typically ~80 dials/day).
- Industry Events: Travel occasionally to key industry events to represent the brand.
