We are looking for a Commercial Sales Executive to drive growth and manage high-impact B2B accounts across the fuels sector.
In this role, you will take full ownership of your portfolio-winning new business, managing existing accounts, and utilizing market insights to drive profitable, sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new B2B fuel customers across your designated territory.
Manage Pricing & Margins: Take control of your commercial decision-making, using the CODAS system to set and adjust rates in line with market conditions.
Build Relationships: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction, trust, and retention.
Strategic Growth: Lead and negotiate commercial contracts from the initial enquiry through to the final agreement.
What We Are Looking For
Proven B2B Sales Experience: Ideally gained within the fuels, energy, logistics, or related industrial sectors.
Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of the CODAS system (or similar ERP/CRM platforms).
Commercial Savvy: Confidence in managing your own pricing, margins, and volume forecasting.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability with a sharp focus on detail and market trends.
Mobility: A full UK driving licence is required for field-based activities and client site visits.
