Flexible Shift Patterns
We have options for Monday-Friday only or Monday-Sunday rotas. Full-time hours are 44.25 per week, but part-time applicants are highly welcomed. Shifts are a combination of:
Early: 06:45 to 13:30
Late: 15:45 to 22:00
Long Days / Split Shifts: 06:45 to 13:30 & 15:45 to 22:00
Extended Shifts (Mon-Sun rota only): 12:00 to 22:00 or 06:45 to 16:00
Your Responsibilities
Supporting young people with daily living skills and encouraging independence.
Building positive relationships that help learners feel safe and confident.
Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, recreation, and community activities.
Collaborating closely with on-site teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and families.

Requirements
Right to Work: Eligibility to work in the UK is essential. (Please note: Visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this role).
Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, in childcare, adult care, or personal experience with SEN is desirable but not essential. A caring attitude is key!
