This specialist SEMH school provides a calm, supportive and highly structured learning environment for primary and secondary-aged pupils with autism and associated needs, including ADHD, speech and language difficulties, sensory needs and behavioural challenges. Position Details:
* Role: SEMH Teacher (Primary & Secondary)
* Salary: M1-UPS3 teacher scale
* Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:15am - 4:30pm
* Teaching primary and secondary SEMH learners

* Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
* Supporting pupils with SEMH, autism and associated needs
* Creating a safe, structured and positive classroom environment

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching or supporting SEMH/ASC learners (desirable)
* Calm, resilient and empathetic approach
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
