Key Responsibilities of an SEN TA:
Support the delivery of engaging, interactive, and specialist lessons.
Work with SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
Collaborate with teachers and therapists to provide a nurturing, structured framework for students.
Help students develop life-long learning and emotional resilience.
Applicant Requirements:
To be considered for this Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant role, you must have:
Relevant experience supporting individuals with SEN (complex/profound needs preferred).
Experience working with children or young adults (paid or voluntary).
GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
Valid eligibility to work in the UK.
