Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages independence and boosts self-esteem.
Manage challenging behaviour calmly and effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience working with children or adults with SEN (preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn is essential).
Comfortable and willing to undertake personal care duties.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A calm, patient, and resilient nature with a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).

Competitive daily rates, paid weekly.
A supportive, welcoming school community with a dedicated leadership team.
Opportunities for professional development and continuous training.
The chance to make a profound, tangible impact on a young person's educational journey.
