Emotional Support: Use your specialist understanding to help pupils navigate social and emotional challenges in a safe, grounded environment.
Collaborative Working: Work alongside specialist leaders of education and subject specialists to provide a holistic support system.

Who You Are
Child-Centred: You have a genuine passion for working with children who have complex SEMH needs.
Specialist Mindset: You possess the right ethos and a deep understanding of how to support young people who find mainstream environments challenging.
Team Player: You value the input of families and external professionals and work collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes.
Dedicated: You are committed to removing barriers to learning and helping every child feel capable of success.

Expert Environment: Work within a specialist team including leaders of education and subject experts.
Meaningful Impact: Use your experience to support children who truly need a different approach to education.
Supportive Culture: Join a professional community that offers a warm welcome and a dedicated atmosphere for both staff and students.
