The Opportunity
This isn't your typical classroom. You will be working with small, bespoke groups of 4-6 pupils (aged 7-18) who face challenges related to SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and communication needs.
Set within expansive private grounds, the school offers a unique "outdoor-in" approach to learning. From a dedicated forest school and sensory trails to high-spec science, music, and art studios, you will have the resources to move beyond the textbook and truly engage your students.

Salary: £28,000 - £39,520 per annum
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (Term Time Only)
Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Your Role
As an SEN Teacher, you won't just deliver a curriculum; you will build confidence. Your day-to-day will involve:

Who We Are Looking For
We need a teacher who sees the person before the diagnosis. Our ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A proven track record of successful teaching (Primary experience is highly valued).
A deep understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to adapt it fluidly.
The patience and imagination to motivate pupils who may have previously struggled in mainstream settings.
