No Commuting Stress: We provide daily transport to and from the school from Guildford and Cranleigh, or you can park on-site for free.
World-Class Mentorship: You will work alongside and be mentored by some of the UK's leading, internationally recognised behavioural experts.
What You Will Actually Be Doing:
You will be working in small classrooms, usually 1-on-1 or in small groups with autistic children. Your goal is to make learning fun and rewarding using positive reinforcement.
Designing and delivering fun, interactive teaching sessions.
Helping pupils develop life-changing communication, social, and emotional skills.
Accompanying pupils on fun off-site trips and community activities.
Supporting pupils with daily routines, including playtime, lunch, and personal care.
Who Makes a Great Fit?

Someone with professional, personal, or voluntary experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (e.g., care work, volunteering, tutoring, or family care).
A minimum of Grade C/4 GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
A calm nature-comfortable managing high-pressure situations or dysregulated behaviours.
The physical energy to keep up with an active school day (lots of moving, standing, and playing!).
