Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 and small group support, encouraging independence and positive behaviour.
- Assist with personalised learning, communication tools (e.g. Makaton/PECS), and personal care.
- Help class teachers create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
Requirements:
- Resilient, patient, and adaptable approach - care, childcare, or transferrable skills welcome.
- Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 (or equivalent) in English Language and Maths.
- Strong communication skills and an understanding of safeguarding.
- Driver's licence and vehicle preferred (limited public transport).
- Full enhanced DBS check and permanent right to work in the UK required (no sponsorship offered).
