Set within 23 acres of beautiful specialist grounds, this inspiring therapeutic provision is seeking passionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support students with autism, communication difficulties and complex learning needs. With sensory spaces, music gardens, outdoor learning and embedded therapies throughout the school day, this is far more than a traditional classroom environment - it's a place where every child is empowered to thrive.
This specialist setting supports students aged 5-19 through highly personalised learning programmes designed to build confidence, independence and emotional well-being. Students are taught in small classes grouped by need rather than age and benefit from the support of Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Behaviour Specialists working alongside education staff every day.

Position Details:
* Full-time, Monday-Friday
* Hours: 08:30am - 4:15pm

Responsibilities:
* Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assisting teachers with personalised learning activities
* Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
* Helping students develop communication, independence and life skills
* Supporting community-based learning activities and work-related experiences
* Assisting with personal care where required
* Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists and families
Requirements:
* A patient, resilient and compassionate approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent desirable
* SEN or Teaching Assistant experience desirable but not essential
* Willingness to undertake specialist training
* Ability to support students with complex communication and behavioural needs
* Eligibility to work in the UK
