Role Overview
- Salary: £21,599 - £22,462 (36 hours per week, term-time only plus 5 INSET days)
- Hours: Monday 8:30-16:00 | Tuesday to Thursday 8:30-16:15 | Friday 8:30-15:45
- Key Tasks: Assist with core subjects, use multi-sensory communication tools (Makaton and symbols), guide emotional self-regulation, and provide personal care support.
What You Need
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and enthusiasm for learning.
- Access to your own transportation due to the location.
- Permanent right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
- Prior SEN experience or Team Teach training is a plus, but not essential.
