Responsibilities- Provide dedicated, personalised 1:1 guidance for students with additional learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties.
- Facilitate targeted learning activities for small groups to enhance literacy, numeracy, and social integration.
- Implement positive behaviour strategies in accordance with individual education plans to maintain an inclusive and regulated classroom environment.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and the SENCo to monitor student progress and adapt teaching materials to unique learning styles.
- Proven experience working with children in an educational, care, or youth coaching setting.
- Strong, empathetic communication skills, capable of connecting effectively with pupils, educators, and families.
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced classroom environment.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check, or a willingness to process one immediately.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or a relevant degree (e.g., Psychology, Education) is considered a distinct advantage.
- Competitive compensation: £90.00 - £105.00 per day, paid weekly.
