Are you a patient, compassionate professional with a genuine commitment to student success? We are currently seeking dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to provide essential support to diverse learners with additional needs, including ADHD, Autism (ASD), and those presenting with challenging behaviour's within local primary schools.
Responsibilities- Provide tailored, proactive 1:1 support designed to facilitate student engagement and academic progression.
- Assist with daily classroom activities, adapting instructional approaches to align with the student's unique learning requirements.
- Cultivate professional, collaborative relationships with students, teaching staff, and support personnel to ensure a cohesive educational environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and contribute to the emotional and social development of the individual.
- Previous experience supporting children with ADHD, Autism, or behavioural challenges in an educational, care, or youth-focused setting.
- A professional, adaptable, and patient disposition with a demonstrated passion for primary education.
- Requirement: An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or a demonstrated willingness to initiate the application process.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a structured school environment.
