Your Mission: Every Child, Every Need, Every Day. We are opening a nurturing, ambitious new school for children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and we need a SENDCo who believes that "complex" shouldn't mean "limited."
The Role: As our SENDCo, you are the heart of the school's inclusive mission. You will ensure that every one of our 72 students receives a highly personalised, aspirational education.
Liaise & Lead: Act as the primary point of contact for EHCP Coordinators and external professionals.
Holistic Support: Support teachers in developing creative, differentiated strategies for ASC and complex SEMH presentations.
Safe & Sound: Maintain a gold standard in safeguarding and compliance within the SEND framework.
The Journey: Oversee the transition of pupils from Primary through to Post-16, ensuring a seamless, supportive experience.

Key Application Details
Requirements: QTS/PGCE is essential. Experience in specialist settings is highly desirable. Candidates must have (or be willing to work towards) the SENCO qualification.
